Our Story
Cody and Anna are high school sweet hearts. They talked about adoption even while dating and have always known it would be apart of their story. Their first baby, Jethro “Jet”, was conceived after months of treatments due to unexplained infertility. They found out that Anna was pregnant again just before Jet’s 1st birthday, this time without treatment. That pregnancy ended in an early miscarriage in May of 2016. A few months later, Anna was pregnant again with their third baby, Laynee Kay, who was due 2 days after Jet’s 2nd birthday. At 38 weeks gestation, their baby girl, Laynee Kay, was born into the arms of Jesus due to a fatal cord accident. They do not feel that God took their baby to reveal this part of His plan for them, but they do believe that there is a rainbow at the end of their storm. Early this year, they felt that it was time to answer the call to adopt, and they can not wait to meet our next child!
